On Friday, September 24th 2010, Durham University's History and Philosophy of Science and Medicine (HPSM) research group, in conjunction with the Society for the History of Alchemy and Chemistry, will host a one-day postgraduate workshop on the history of chemistry and its cultural influences. The preliminary programme has now been set. It is as follows:
