Day 1 – University of Manchester, Centre for the History of Science, Technology and Medicine
Lectures, workshops, and seminar discussion of key theorists in the philosophy and sociology of science, such as Kuhn, Popper, and Feyerband.
Day 2 – University of Salford: Poetry and Science
Lectures, seminars, and group work on poetry written by scientists and poetry informed by science from the eighteenth to the twenty-first centuries.
